This application is an internal tool developed by Mytegroup for Ironworkers Local 29 and Jason Fussell to manage Market Recovery operations. By accessing the system, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Authorized use only

• Access is limited to users authorized by Local 29.
• Do not share credentials or access with unauthorized parties.
• Use the system solely for Local 29 Market Recovery business purposes.

Data ownership and confidentiality

• Local 29 owns and controls the data stored in this system.
• Treat all information as confidential and handle according to Local 29 policies.
• Download/export only what is necessary for internal operations.

Email communications

• Emails are sent to contractors and contacts for legitimate Local 29 purposes.
• Unsubscribe headers are included; hard bounces and complaints may be auto‑suppressed.
• Do not use the system for unrelated marketing or unsolicited mass mail.

Security and acceptable use

• Maintain the security of accounts and devices used to access the system.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls or access data you are not authorized to view.
• Report suspected incidents to Local 29 operations promptly.
