Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4/13/2026
This private system was built by Mytegroup for Ironworkers Local 29 ("Local 29") and Jason Fussell to support Market Recovery operations. It is intended for authorized personnel only. The application helps manage internal contacts, projects, treasury movements, and broadcast emails to the Local’s contractor network.
What data we process
- Organization data and configuration (branding, fiscal settings).
- Contacts and companies (names, emails, phone numbers, roles, subscription preferences).
- Projects, promissory notes, and treasury records for Market Recovery programs.
- Operational logs, audit events, and email delivery outcomes (delivery, bounce, complaint).
How data is used
- To operate the internal dashboard and workflows for Market Recovery.
- To send opportunity notifications and related communications to contractors.
- To maintain auditability and program integrity (logs, snapshots, and reports).
- To enforce subscription preferences and suppression for hard bounces/complaints.
What we do not do
- No sale of personal data to third parties.
- No third‑party marketing unrelated to Local 29 Market Recovery operations.
- No public access to system data. Access is restricted to authorized personnel.
Email and subscription preferences
- Broadcast messages include unsubscribe headers. Permanent bounces and complaints may be automatically unsubscribed for deliverability and compliance.
- To update your preferences, use the unsubscribe link in an email you received or contact Local 29 directly.
Security
- Role‑based access, JWT sessions, and server‑side validation for protected actions.
- Encrypted transport (TLS) with operational monitoring and audit logging.
- Infrastructure runs under the control of Local 29 with monthly certificate renewal and systemd‑managed services.
Data retention
Records are retained to meet operational and audit needs for Market Recovery. Local 29 may remove or archive records based on internal policy and legal requirements.
Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact Local 29 operations. If you received an email and want to unsubscribe, use the link in that email or reply to request removal.
